SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: The state budget included a measure to create a new retirement savings option for New Yorkers whose employers do not offer a pension or 401(k) plan. The program is known as Secure Choice, and it lets people set up an automatic deduction from their paychecks, which goes to a fund managed by the state. It was a major priority for AARP.
