State lawmakers have until the end of the month to reach agreement on the budget. Meanwhile, the trial of the former top aide to Governor Cuomo, Joe Percoco, continues as the jury deliberates his fate. This trial has revealed the easy access that big campaign contributors can gain to administration officials like Percoco.
