The state legislature is trying to fight sexual harassment both within government and in the private sector. Even before the #MeToo movement caught on nationally, Albany saw several sexual harassment scandals,with Assembly members like Vito Lopez and Dennis Gabryszak accused of harassing staffers. That did lead to changes in the chamber, but many feel there is more work to be done. So earlier this month the Assembly convened a new work group made up of 15 members who will review policy and legislation. One of the work group members, Assembywoman Pamela Hunter, joins us to talk more about it.
