Donald Trump's numbers continue to be low, with only 33 percent of voters viewing him favorably, while Barack Obama scored the highest out of the living former presidents, with a 67 percent favorability rating, thanks to high support among Democrats. But he is still disliked by a majority of Republicans, as is Senator Chuck Schumer a year after he became Senate Minority Leader. Pollster Steve Greenberg breaks down the numbers.
