Troy resident Paul Collins lost his daughter Ashley to fentanyl-laced heroin. She was 27 years old. Mr. Collins wrote a letter to President Trump, asking him to take action to help end the epidemic. He also forwarded that letter to Congressman Paul Tonko. Tuesday night at the State of the Union address, Rep. Tonko delivered Collins' request directly to Trump as he entered the room.
