Fantasy sports have had their wins and losses in New York. Websites offering daily fantasy sports, which let people play for money, were operating here but got shut down by the attorney general in 2015 because they were considered unauthorized gambling.  That ultimately resulted in a $12 million settlement. And in 2016, the legislature passed a law to make DFS as it's known legal. Wednesday, the Assembly Racing and Wagering Committee held a hearing on where things stand. Assemblyman Gary Pretlow, chair of the committee, joins us.
