Environmental groups are supporting the climate change initiatives included in Governor Cuomo's State of the State, like divesting the pension fund from fossil fuel companies and reducing emissions from power plants. But there are several other areas where they would like to see action this year, including lowering transportation emissions, improving water quality, and even revisiting the plastic bag issue.
