Governor Cuomo has now unveiled 20 proposals as part of his 2018 State of the State address. They include taking guns from convicted domestic abusers, eliminating tips for minimum wage workers, and modernizing the state's voting system. But there are still many unknowns, from what his plans are for education spending to taxes as changes on the federal level come down.
