In the wake of a new lawsuit involving sexual harassment claims against former Cuomo administration official Sam Hoyt, good government groups are calling for an ethics investigation. The suit was filed by a Buffalo woman who says Hoyt helped her get a job at the DMV while he was working at Empire State Development Corp. And Lisa Marie Cater says he then made repeated sexual advances, including sending a nude photo, and also suggested he could get her fired. Cater did report Hoyt's behavior, but the suit claims it wasn't properly investigated. Meanwhile, the governor's office says not one but three investigations were started, eventually leading to Hoyt's resignation. But it's Hoyt's hiring that has Common Cause New York concerned. The group's Executive Director, Susan Lerner, explains.
