Elected officials in New York can now lose their pensions if convicted of a felony, thanks to the constitutional amendment approved by voters last week. At the federal level, things are a little different. Former members of Congress can continue to collect a pension after a conviction as long the appeals process is not fully exhausted. Congresswoman Claudia Tenney says that's a loophole that should be closed. She joins us to talk more about this and the latest on tax reform negotiations.
