Every year, EPL/Environmental Advocates scores state lawmakers on how much they did for the environment. The scores are based on how legislators voted on certain bills, with top scorers being named "environmental champions" and one low scorer getting the "oil slick award." And while the format is the same this year, one big thing is different: the Trump presidency. That has the group calling for even stronger action on the state level.
