Activists held a vigil Wednesday evening to mark the anniversary of the deadly Lac-Megantic oil train derailment and again call for restrictions on the transportation of crude oil through New York. In particular, they are focused on the trains that come to the Port of Albany, and they want the Cuomo adminstration to get more involved.
