The Bundle Store’s impressive selection of locally sourced, handmade, natural products might be what draws customers in but it’s the expert advice that keeps people coming back.

“We are here really to support people with whatever decisions they want to make and just be a place where people can come to get information,” said owner Amber Chaves.

The Bundle Store first opened in Ballston Spa in 2013 and moved to its current location in Clifton Park in 2015. Amber, pediatric occupational therapist by trade, is also the mother of two young children.

“I didn’t start with any help from anyone in my immediate family. Nobody really thought it was a good idea, because retail is very hard and now we’ve grown into this bigger location,” said Chaves.

They offer classes related to natural parenting, baby-wearing, sleep training, “mommy and me yoga,” infant massage and more.

Natural parenting, she says, is less about adhering strict guidelines and more about following your instincts, living simply and locally.

“You really get that time to bond with your neighbors and your community and build a support system,” said Chaves.
