*Three Up, Three Down is Greg Vorse looking deeper into the week-by-week fantasy rankings to tell you 3 guys ranked 15th or worse who should be in your starting lineup and 3 guys ranked inside the top 10 that he thinks could underachieve.

I'm currently putting the experts in their place by finding their flaws at a 64% rate hitting on 12 correctly, 6 incorrectly, and 3 "ties."

1 UP) Kirk Cousins, QB, Vikings: There is a mass exodus from Cousins after the Bills jumped up and bite him and the Vikings. That doesn't scare me off and neither does the Rams defense (look at all the injuries). Cousins being listed as QB 16 is an overractoin and I expect him to bounce back just fine.

2 UP) James White, RB, Patriots: What was once a backfield that had white only getting touches in passing downs is now down to him and a rookie. I will take the guy Brady likes to check down to and needs to rush way higher than my RB 19 where White is currently slotted.

3 UP) Sterling Shepard, WR, Giants: Barkley is taking LBs out of the middle of the field and Engram isn't there for those targets so Sherpard is sure to get his fair share in both PPR and overall yards. Listing him at #28 among WRs is too low and slow him as your WR2/FLEX.

1 DOWN) Mike Evans, WR, Bucs: Evans has to be in your lineup, but against the Bears he isn't a top 8 wideout. This is in part due to the Bears defense and the fact that Fitzmagic was more Fitztragic last week and he usually falls of the cliff quick. Evans can't throw to himself, so temper your expectations.

2 DOWN) Jack Doyle, TE, Colts: I am putting Doyle on this list until the Fantasy Gurus stop saying he is a top 10 TE. He isn't even the most productive TE on his roster right now, that is Ebron. To date he has 9 catches for 80 yards and ZERO TDs.

3 DOWN) Cardinals D: Arizona is currently giving up the 19th most points in the NFL and is playing Seattle who is starting to get healthy. Plus they could be put in some bad spots with a rookie QB making his first start. I don't like the idea of an 0-3 team having is defense listed in the top third.

DEEP DIVE: I crushed this with giving you Conner and Fuller, but slipped last week with DeSean Jackson. This time around it's all about the Ravens' Javorius (Buck) Allen. The RB is getting as many touches as Collins and is a TD hound finding the endzone three times in three games. If you can still add him DO IT and if you have him place him in the flex and call it a day.

UP/DOWN TRACKER: To date I am 11/6/3 or hitting on 64% of my shots against the "experts." Take that to Vegas and "SHOW ME THE MONEY!"

BILLS OUTLOOK:

I like what I saw from the Bills defense last week, but am not relying on them to do it again when visit Aaron Rodgers and the Packers. As of right now I wouldn't have any of them in my starting lineups, but Chris Ivory (if Shady is hurt) and Josh Allen have given you reasons to keep an eye on them if you're in deeper leagues. Hide from the tight ends and wideouts until further notice.

*Remember, these are only suggestions, unless your team kills it with my moves and you wanna give a little kick back.
