ORLANDO -- The draft is almost front and center but first, the Bills' braintrust was candid and open all week while speaking to media throughout the NFL Annual Meeting in Orlando.

After speaking with Owner Terry Pegula, General Manager Brandon Beane and Head Coach Sean McDermott, Bills beat/sideline reporter Sal Capaccio and Spectrum News' Jon Scott wrap up everything that was on the table, starting with the big question – the Bills moving up to get the college quarterback they want.

With each day there's a new trade-up scenario floating around but, "If you think they're zeroing in on a guy right now, I think that's a little premature," Capaccio said.
