A Genesee County man has died from injuries suffered in an ATV crash Sunday.
Robert Boyce, 51, of East Pembroke was traveling east toward Hartshorn Road on a trail along National Grid utility lines just after 8 p.m. Sunday. He failed to negotiate a turn and rolled his ATV.
Boyce was taken to ECMC by Mercy Flight but died early Monday.
The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office says the cause of the crash is still under investigation but alcohol use and speed are considered to be contributing factors.
