Buffalo police are looking for assistance in identifying the man caught on tape robbing a Liberty Yellow Cab driver at gunpoint.
The driver picked up the man at the intersection of Military Road and Austin Street just before 11:30 p.m. Friday. They drove for a few blocks before he took out a gun and demanded the driver give him everything.
After taking about $90 in cash and a tablet, the man ran off from the intersection of Tonawanda and Amherst streets.
The entire incident was recorded on the car's dash cam.
The tablet was returned to the cab company the next day by someone who found it.
Liberty Yellow Cab says it hopes the GPS on the device will help track where the suspect went.
