Four children are safe and uninjured after someone fired multiple shots into a Niagara Falls home late Thursday.

Niagara Falls police officers say they found multiple bullet holes in the house on 22nd Street in addition to a broken window and several shell casings in the street.

All four children, ranging in age from 11 to 17, were upstairs bedrooms during the shooting.

No injuries were reported. A woman told police she saw a man in a red sweatshirt running north through an alley between 21st and 22nd streets.
