A Cheektowaga man accused of streaking on the field during the Bills-Saints game appeared in court Tuesday night.

Tristan Lambright, 29, pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass, public lewdness and exposure in Orchard Park Town Court.

The game against the Saints was delayed in the fourth quarter until Lambright was restrained.

Lambright's attorney says her client is aware he made a bad decision.

"This is a 29-year-old guy with no criminal record. He's certainly not celebrating his behavior in any way. He understands what he did was really serious and he's certainly remorseful for how he behaved, but for embarrassing his family," said Julie Atti Rogers, Lambright's attorney.

Lambright is due back in court for motions on December 7.
