SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Staffers at Northeast Collision in Blasdell explained they've seen a handful of cars roll through with shattered windshields and panels that were sprayed with rocks and debris. Many suffered shattered or blown out windows and panels peppered with gravel and rock shots from all the flying debris. With repair totals skyrocketing to $13,000, many of cars are being deemed total losses. Those that can be fixed will take weeks to complete. Erie County reported some 200 cars were towed from the Hamburg Fairgrounds alone.
