EAST AURORA, N.Y. -- Fisher Price is using its latest advertising campaign to empower children living with disabilities in Western New York.

They teamed up with "Changing the Face of Beauty" to host a casting call at company headquarters in East Aurora where 30 child models received wardrobe styling and pampering at a photo shoot Saturday.

Changing the Face of Beauty is a non-profit committed to providing equal representation for people living with disabilities in media worldwide.

"I want Shea to grow up seeing people like her making sure like, you know, everyone is accepted and everyone is OK whether you have down syndrome or any special need," said Julie Schaus, East Amherst resident.

The models were able to take home a printed picture and sign up for future casting opportunities in the area.
