BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Time Warner Cable News has learned investigators have interviewed another person concerning the Western New York Progressive Caucus and three Western New York political figures.
We're told Kristy Mazurek has a non-prosecution agreement with investigators.
We've learned she met with them before the state Attorney General's Office, State Police and FBI executed search warrants late last month at the homes of former Erie County Democratic Party Chairman Steve Pigeon, former Buffalo first deputy mayor Steve Casey and Christopher Grant, the chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Chris Collins, R-Clarence.
No arrests have been made.
