It's become a summer tradition in the Queen City. The fourth annual Live at Larkin Concert series kicks off Wednesday night at Larkin Square with headliners John and Mary. And as Time Warner Cable News Reporter Kaitlyn Lionti tells us, there's a new attraction opening Wednesday in Larkinville, too.

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- One of the signs of summer in Buffalo is starting its fourth year tonight in Larkin Square. The Live at Larkin free Wednesday night concert series begins with headliners John and Mary from 5 to 8:30 p.m.

And there's more free fun in store at Larkinville now with the opening of the Larkin Links nano-golf course.

The public art project features 11 unique golf holes designed by a variety of local artists, manufacturers and community members.

The course will be open everyday through September 16 from dawn until dusk.

Score cards, pencils and putters can be found in and around the 'mail box' and just need to be returned after the game.

The folks at Larkin Square said the links are the latest effort to help the area grow.

"As Larkin Square has become so popular, we now really, the fun is extending and it's all about building this neighborhood so with the Hydraulic Hearth opening last November and Flying Bison just down the street, this little quirky Larkin Links nano golf bridges that gap and starts to fill in some of the spaces on the street," said Leslie Zemsky, Larkin Square's Director of Fun.
