TROY, N.Y. — Franklinville's dreams of a state girls basketball championship were dashed in the final four minutes Sunday.

Danielle Haskell scored a game-high 33 points, but Delaware Academy of Section IV got a buzzer-beating 3-pointer from Logan Bruce to send the game to overtime, and the Bulldogs stopped Haskell and the Panthers 54-51 to claim the NYSPHSAA Class D crown at Hudson Valley Community College.

Allyson Haskell added 12 points in the loss. The Panthers hit eight 3-pointers, but were outrebounded 40-20 by the Bulldogs.
