BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Randy Lee, a member of the Ottawa Senators front office who's accused of harassing a shuttle driver while in Buffalo for the NHL Scouting Combine, was accompanied by his high-profile defense attorney Friday as he pleaded not guilty.

Lee was suspended from his assistant general manager position while the case plays out. His defense attorney, Paul Cambria, is moving to dismiss the charges.

"I don't want a situation where my client is treated differently because of his job," Cambria said. "These are low level allegations, he's denied them completely."

Lee is accused of making lewd comments and rubbing the shoulders of the 19-year-old, who was transporting Lee from (716) Food & Sport to The Westin hotel.

Cambria said he was contacted by a civil lawyer on behalf of Lee's accuser.

Lee is due back in court on July 20.
