ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The 62-year-old man with developmental disabilities who went missing Wednesday was found, is safe and his brother facing charges.

Rochester police say Douglas Spencer was found on Long Ridge Avenue in Greece around 5 p.m. Thursday.

Spencer was taken to Rochester General where staff say he's in good health.

When he is released, Spencer will go into the care of the Office for Persons with Developmental Disabilities.

Douglas's brother Mark Spencer was arrested for custodial inference and is expected to be arraigned in Rochester City Court later Friday.
