NEWSTEAD, N.Y. — The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says they made an arrest in the Newstead Subway restaurant robbery.
They say detectives charged 30-year-old Ryan Loos from Marilla with a felony count of robbery Tuesday.
Sheriff's deputies say Loos is also charged with displaying a firearm, menacing and two separate counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
He's accused of using a gun to rob a Subway restaurant on Main Road earlier this month.
Deputies say Loos was arrested by Orchard Park police Sunday at a Mighty Taco location on Southwestern Boulevard.
Loos' mother was found in a vehicle with him after the alleged robbery. She was also arrested.
They say Loos is being held on $10,000 cash bail for the Orchard Park arrest.
At Loos' arraignment in Newstead Tuesday, the judge refused to set bail.
