Lawmakers took a stance in favor of Uber and Lyft riders that want to exercise their right to sue. Senator Luis Sepulveda and Assemblywoman Jaime Williams introduced a bill that would eliminate these companies' arbitration clauses. Tuesday, Uber announced they will no longer require riders, drivers or employees to arbitrate their individual claims of sexual assault. So what happens now?
