*Three Up, Three Down is Greg Vorse looking deeper into the week-by-week fantasy rankings to tell you 3 guys ranked 15th or worse who should be in your starting lineup and 3 guys ranked inside the top 10 that he thinks could underachieve.

1 UP) Joe Flacco, QB, Ravens: Flacco has been a fringe starting QB all season and with bye weeks and a soft matchup against the Saints he is worth a flyer. Cool Joe is currently ranked #17, but the New Orleans defense is 30th against the pass. If you need a guy, I know a guy.

2 UP) Tarik Cohen, RB, Bears: This seems like the obvious "duh" of the week. Cohen is listed at RB21. but has put up 53 points over the last two weeks and now gets a matchup against the Patriots. Points will be scored in this one and I expect points to be scored by Tarik.

3 UP) T.Y. Hilton, WR, Colts: If Hilton is fully healthy I think he is could be back to the spot you picked him at. The Colts are slinging the rock around the yard and that is with terrible WRs, so inject Hilton into the lineup and Luck has his top target back. Again, healthy and rostered.

1 DOWN) T.J. Yeldon, RB, Jaguars: If you plan on starting Yeldon keep an eye on Jags practice reports to see if Fournette is back or if Charles is getting more run. Those two things scare me out of thinking that Yeldon should be listed as a top 10 play this week.

2 DOWN) Jordan Reed, TE: Reed is coming off of back-to-back games where he failed to break more than 8 points. That with the knowledge that Smith seems to like Vernon Davis makes me weary of trusting that Reed is that guy in Washington.

3 DOWN) Vikings D: All signs point to the Vikings D being good this week at the Jets, but for some reason I see Darnold settling down a bit and the run game getting going. I know no reason other than "gut."

DEEP DIVE: Kerryon Johnson, RB, Lions: At some point this season the Lions are going to realize that they need to carry on with Kerryon. He is clearly their most talented back and should be the guy. Once that happens he is way better than his 29th slot.

UP/DOWN TRACKER: I was brutal last week and that knocked my overall mark to 22-15-5 or a 58% clip.

BILLS OUTLOOK:

This is a week to finally see what some Bills can do. First, there are bye weeks all over the league with important players so you need FAs. Second, Derek Anderson might give this offense life in the passing game so Kelvin Benjamin might have value and he might revive LeSean McCoy in both the passing and rushing game. Lastly, the Colts offense isn't anything special and the Bills D is back to being nasty so all three are worth a roster spot.

*Remember, these are only suggestions, unless your team kills it with my moves and you wanna give a little kick back.
