INDIANAPOLIS -- Sean McDermott has General Manager Brandon Beane along for this year's NFL Combine. "Sometimes I forget he wasn't here during this time last year," quipped McDermott, whose 2017 draft impressed by trading down in the first round to select cornerback Tre' White.

When it comes to the most important position on the field, McDermott said he's confident with the quarterbacks currently on the roster, but was asked what he's looking for this week from draft prospects.

"You've got to be able to lead a football team, and move the ball down the field," McDermott said. "Hand size, all those things, you can get into a whole menu and list of what we look for and don't look for, what's more important than this and that and at the end of the day, you've got to be able to lead and have an influence on the overall football team, a positive one and move the football down the field."
