A longtime auto shop in Chenango County is destroyed by a fire.
Multiple crews responded to Crandall's Used Cars in Sherbourne Tuesday night. When they arrived, they found the building engulfed in flames.
The building has been declared a total loss.
Crandall's has been a part of the community for 41-years. The owner says he hopes to restart and continue serving the area.
"We've had great customers and they supported us throughout the years and hopefully we can get in business and keep going," said David Crandall.
No one was injured and the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
