A new corporate park is starting to take shape in Big Flats.

A groundbreaking ceremony was held at the corner of Schweitzer and Chambers Road. Crews will be turning the former Schweitzer facility into the new “Best” corporate Park.

The owner says he's excited to bring manufacturing jobs back to Chemung County.

“We have a couple small tenants right now and we are in the process of updating all the leases and adding new tenants so we do have a few that are in manufacturing and then as we said assemblyman Friend is going to be moving in shortly as one of our new tenants,” said Best Corporate Park owner Scott Beecher.

Work is expected to be finished by late spring or early summer next year.
