JNR Farms owner Robert Allen has watched parts of his property get washed out three times in 45 days.

Last week's flood destroyed Allen's driveway. He says changes in infrastructure are causing the damage.

Allen claims Department of Transportation workers installed two culverts on Dutchtown Road and Settle Road.

Those culverts were put in to hold water back during floods.

"I understand why they made the changes they did, but no one took into consideration what it would do to us. It has emotionally, physically, financially, drained and devastated us," Allen said.

Spectrum News reached out to the state DOT late Monday night, but have not heard back yet.
