SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Local congregations gathered Saturday to express their concerns about this week's shooting on Midland Avenue.

Five people were injured, ranging in age from 8 to 35 years old.

Pastors are urging residents that if they see something, they should say something.

They hope the community will work together to build a better neighborhood — because they say "enough is enough."

"We want to be safe in our community," said Erik Eure, the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance vice president. "We want our kids to be able to play on the streets, for them to go and from school safely. We want them to have good experiences in school, and we want Syracuse to be the city we know it can be."

No suspects have been arrested in connection with the shooting.

If you have any information, you can call Syracuse Police at (315) 442-5222.

Counselors will also be available to help families heal. They will be at the Kirk Park Seals Center on Sunday from 4:30 p.m. — 7:00 p.m.
