SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Last year, Syracuse University's Athletic Department had one question: How can we get fans to the Dome prior to kickoff and keep them there throughout the game?
So, they took their question to the fans and this is what they came up with:
- Getting to the Game -- Staff will improve traffic flow by creating a designated area for pick up and drop off for ridesharing on University Place. There will also be North Campus Game Day Pre-Game Shuttle operations three hours prior to kickoff.
- Pre-Game Entertainment -- SU welcomes 'Cuse on the Quad, an open tent for all ages with music, food and showings of other games.
- Entrance to the Game -- To enhance safety, SU will be implementing its Clear Bag Policy. Mobile Ticket Entry will also be available for fans as well as an exclusive entrance for students at Gate F.
- In-Stadium Specials -- SU is introducing 'Syracuse Saturday,' an in-venue show. There will also be special discounts at concession stands for fans who enter the gates two hours prior to the game.
