Binghamton, N.Y.-- A $30,000 request, has turned into weeks of bickering between Broome County lawmakers and the home of April the Giraffe.

Animal Adventure Park owner Jordan Patch addressed his issues with the county Tuesday.

He talked about an e-mail sent by legislator Jason Shaw, listing concerns about the park, including that it's a cash-only business.

There were other concerns as well.

Patch says the park has 15 toilets, and more than 20 handwashing stations.

The application for funding is currently tabled.
