BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- A 23-year-old man was shot in the head after a fight at a Wilson Street apartment building, according to police.

Tyheem Carpenter of Johnson City is the victim in what police said was an isolated incident.

Police also said that the suspect and Carpenter knew one another. That suspect was not immediately taken into custody.
