Festivities took off Saturday, after the first day was canceled due to rain.

Visitors checked out a variety of vendors, craft displays and even a car show in Binghamton's Otsiningo Park.

Many always look forward to seeing the hot air balloons launch.

While others just go for the famous Spiedie Sandwich.

"It's basically what makes Upstate NY," said Bob Platt, an Afton resident. "So it's a very good time for people to come out, enjoy the great food that they have and great people."

The festival continues Sunday from 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m.
