In the wake of the shooting that left a New York state trooper dead Monday, the New York State Police is offering a number of ways for the public to help Trooper Nicholas Clark's family.

The New York State Troopers PBA has a charity, the Signal 30 Benefit Fund, that is accepting donations on behalf of Clark's family. Donations can be made online at this link or this link.

Donations can also be mailed to: NYS Troopers PBA Signal 30 Benefit Fund, 120 State St., Albany, NY 12207. Checks should be made payable to NYS Troopers Signal 30 Benefit Fund. If you wish to donate specifically to Trooper Clark's family, write his name in the memo of the check, or type his name in the box that asks if the money is for a specific event.
