SPECTRUM NEWS VIDEO: Windsor Central High School hosted the sixth First to Say Thank You ceremony on Wednesday. The event honored 69 students from 34 districts of New York state and some from Pennsylvania. Students entering the military were honored and given a certificate of recognition.
