A man accused of murdering his ex-wife was back in Steuben County court Monday.

Monday was Lloyd Neurauter’s motion hearing. That’s where the district attorney hands over evidentiary information over to the defense to give them time to look over it.

The district attorney’s office will hand over 64,000 pieces of information to the defense. That material includes his daughter Karrie's plea deal that she would testify against her father. Karrie already pleaded guilty to second-degree murder.

Neurauter is expected back in court on June 27.
