The clinic held a town hall Saturday where veterans could ask questions and tour the building.

The facility relocated to Court Street last April, doubling in size and adding more services.

Veterans can now receive things like mental health care in Binghamton instead of traveling to the Syracuse VA hospital.

Although some had raised concerns about after-hour care and long wait times, they say they're satisfied with this new facility.

"You're never going to make everyone happy," said Edward Shelp, a Marine Corps veteran. "That's all there is to it. When you're dealing with human beings, that's just life. But I think in general and I have a couple of complaints too over the years, but I think in general, they do a good job."

The clinic serves more than 4,000 veterans in the area.
