Binghamton Mayor Rich David visited the White House Thursday, to discuss infrastructure, and why Binghamton needs help to make change happen.

David is one of 15 Mayors across the country and the only one from New York State invited to the meeting with President Trump's Special Assistant for Infrastructure. Much of the Mayor's state of the city addressed a plan for change to infrastructure in Binghamton.

David's plan features road paving, curb and gutter improvements, among other concerns he doesn't want the Federal Government to lose track of.

Mayor David said his main goal moving forward will be to communicate concerns to New York State's federal representatives, emphasizing Binghamton's need for more resources.
