Authorities in Elmira have identified the body found in dumpster on Tuesday of this week.
Elmira police say the body is of 36-year-old Israel Jose Luna, a Mexican national who had been living and working in Elmira since 2014.
On Wednesday, 36-year-old Fabian Bonaparte, 20-year-old Kharii Monroe and a 17-year-old were arraigned on first-degree manslaughter charges.
Police did not release the name of the third suspect due to his age.
The investigation began after Luna's body was discovered in a dumpster behind the Samaritan Center early Tuesday morning.
Police say a witness saw a fight and someone being carried away in the area of Mount Zoar and South Main Streets.
The witness then found Luna's body and called 911.
