BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -- The Southern Tier Incubator's first graduating business is celebrating nearly three months in its new home.

Key Branding Labs moved into its new Washington Street location in November. Since then, former Binghamton University grad and founder Adam Sabol says business has been on the rise.

He credits his success to the city's close-knit community and a spark the incubator helped create.

"Just being there and seeing some of the energy and just the talent and potential that especially some of the younger companies have, to know that you're going to be the first one to graduate out and kind of set the example and set the tone, it's just a really cool feeling," Sabol said.

Key Branding Labs was founded by students in 2015 and focuses on social media marketing for fellow small businesses in the area.
