CONKLIN, N.Y. — Volunteers with the Impact Project spent Saturday giving Hazel Swain's home a new roof just in time for winter.

The organization provides resources for homeowners who may not be able to repair their houses themselves.

Swain says she's been waiting for this day since March, and she's grateful for those who are lending a hand.

"I just hope all the ladies and the men standing around realize they performed a miracle for me today," said Hazel Swain, the homeowner.

This marked the group's 93rd project.
