A Delaware County man died Friday morning in an accident at a local quarry near Mills Road in the town of Deposit.
State police say 66-year-old William Barse was hauling stone when he drove off the road several times.
His dump truck hit trees and overturned, throwing Barse out. He died at the scene.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident.
