A Manhattan jury convicted Joe Percoco on three counts of bribery and public corruption. Percoco is accused helping Competitive Power Ventures, or CPV, get two state contracts it wanted as a result of his wife getting a "low-show job" at the power plant. While Peter GalBraith Kelly, a former CPV executive, was acquitted of his charges due to the jury being deadlocked, Percoco was found guilty of his involvement in the plant and state contracts. So Hudson Valley lawmakers are now calling on Governor Cuomo to revoke any permits for the controversial Wawayanda plant and to conduct further investigation. Joining us from the capitol bureau to talk more about this is Assemblyman James Skoufis.
