Governor Cuomo's approval rating and popularity hit its highest note last month, but that is no more. Cuomo’s favorability rating now stands at 53 percent to 40 percent, a double-digit tumble from 62 percent to 30 percent at the start of the year. But voters polled are supportive of measures he backs, like passing the DREAM Act or suing the federal government over taxes.
