Flu season is particularly bad this year, with cases reaching epidemic proportions in New York and two children in New York City dying from influenza.The state Department of Health is taking several steps to try to reduce the spread of the virus, and protect people who do get sick, including working with hospitals to increase bed capacity and making sure the flu vaccine is available around the state. And officials are asking everyone to take extra precautions. The Department of Health's Deputy Commissioner for Public Health, Brad Hutton, joins us.
